		<description>I didn&#039;t know Indian food used a lot of yogurt, but I don&#039;t know much about Indian food. One of my culinary resolutions for this year is to learn more about it. 

I couldn&#039;t live without my off camera flashes, I think they are the best investment I&#039;ve made in photography equipment. Just a suggestion, instead of shooting through the umbrella, point the inside of the umbrella towards your food so the light from your flash bounces from it and use a white canvas opposite of your subject to reduce shadows. I&#039;ve found this diffuses the light more evenly. :)</description>
